My good friend Daniel sent me the URL to a great Eclipse site where you can download a full version of Eclipse with all the plugins you want pre-configured as part of the download.

The great thing about this site is that you can automatically get all the dependencies when you add a plugin to the list. This is something that Eclipse is not so good at figuring out for you.
